In a recent study of 5,000 UK adults a third of us turned to comfort eating when stressed, a quarter confessed to drinking alcohol and as a result 1 in 5 admit they put on weight. Most of us know that stress can have a long term impact on our health, but we often just put up with it or see it as an unavoidable part of modern life.

Appointments are available on Monday 2nd March – 6pm – 8pm or Friday 6th March – 9am – 1pm
- All appointments must be booked ahead of time
- Appointments will be a taster session to experience acupuncture, using points that help with stress
- Your appointment will last between 45mins-60mins
- You are welcome to bring a friend, they do need to book their place too.
